The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who possesses a thorough understanding and passion for service design methodology, principles, and theories. The ability to efficiently manage administrative duties as well as strong communication, project management, graphic, and idea visualization skills is required. Requirements:
- Terminal degree in service design, interaction design, industrial design, design management, or related discipline
- Strong background in contextual research, co-creation, experience prototyping, and interaction design
