Our Innovation Labs combine Porsche Consulting’s unique approach and character with new digital delivery capabilities, service design methodologies, and an immersive environment. As our lab manager for Berlin and senior service designer, you will be a key partner for our consulting teams to enable them to tackle our clients’ most difficult business challenges. Enhanced customer experiences and integration of sophisticated technological process have to be aligned to pursue collective objectives. By your deep understanding of interactions and experiences of people, you are able to provide strategic guidance and support accelerated decision-making across projects. In a sense, you will transform with us the intangible into the tangible, the abstract into the concrete and anticipate a new reality in a pragmatic way.

THE ROLE

• You will be our Lab Manager responsible for the location in Berlin
• You will be the key contact for our consulting teams to apply service design methodologies in sprints to our clients’ business challenges
• You will host sprints as 2-5 days workshops for cross-functional teams to discover, define, design and deliver new approaches to various business issues, ranging from strategic (e.g. customer ecosystem strategy) to operative challenges (e.g. organizational transformation)
• You will switch between the roles of host, expert to support consulting teams and clients, facilitator of sprints and external representative of Porsche Consulting’s Innovation Labs
• You will be responsible for developing valuable service experiences by designing seamless value flows around the customer
• Your role also encompasses business development and the establishment of new partnerships to strengthen Porsche Consulting’s capabilities

DESIRED SKILLS & MINDSET

• Deep understanding of design as a business value and ability to transport this message to our clients’ senior leadership via presentation and communication skills
• Long-term experience of Digital Business Transformation with a proven track record
• Good level of technical understanding to support feasibility validations
• Experience in design across multiple consumer touch points and customer journeys towards product/service blueprints incl. business modelling, strategy and concept development
• Experience in project management of user studies and benchmarks, facilitation of co-creation workshops with end-users and customers
• Intrinsic motivation to shape and work in a highly agile, dynamic, and multicultural environment and ability to deal with ad-hoc changes and different projects concurrently

PREREQUISITES

• University degree in the field of Service Design, Business Design, Design Management & Strategy, Interaction Design, or similar disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience at an established agency, experience design firm or in a business innovation focused industry with proven track record in leading sprints/workshops
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Business German and English
• Strong skills in MS-Office, visualization software (Adobe Creative Suite), collaboration software and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client executives
