Internship at BMW: Service Design & Digital Design Strategy
Development of Automotive Digital Design, Service Design Strategy and Management of market-specific customer journeys and experiences.
Task during your Internship:
Work together with creative teams in concept development and visualization of digital services and in cross-department projects that develop market-specific customer journeys and experiences. Responsibility for an Internship project: “Next Benchmarking” - targeting digital automotive services and interfaces.
Interest in the continuous development of the digital customer experience quality and premium differentiation of future digital BMW Group offerings. Interdisciplinary thinking and openness in synchronization of Digital Experience Design with other disciplines. First experiences in methods like Design Thinking, UX/UI Tools and potentially Agile and Business Model Innovation as well as an excitement for premium brands, products and design quality.
Start: January/February/March 2019 (6 months)
