You will be capable of providing standard documentation and UX assets including user experience – Flow, schematics, personae and scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and user testing.
Be capable of understanding our clients/stakeholder requirements and end user needs, producing deliverables and provide presentations that reflect that understanding and are persuasive.
Skills & Experience
A sound awareness of the business and project constraints as they apply to UX design
Experience in conducting user observations, usability and accessibility assessments
Plan and execution the field research at client side to explore needs
Perform UX evaluations and recommend improvements around customers service experience related to user interfaces
Collaborate with local designer partially experienced in service design, as well with international colleagues from EU and Japan
Take initiative, plan projects and accurately report progress monitoring risks
Maintain a current knowledge of relevant UX and service design developments and actively share knowledge
Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability
Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design representations
Strong working knowledge in Adobe CS6 or later
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of common software project management practices
Understanding of common software development practices

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field.
Fluency in English is essential and also one more European language required, e.g. fluent French or German
