On February 13, 2024, we are holding a special event connected to the publication of the most recent issue of Touchpoint, the journal of service design. In that issue, we take a critical look at the implications of how to create more sustainable services using alternative economic systems.
 
During the roundtable, Julia Schaeper, Allison Prendivile, Deborah Szebeko, and Editor-in-Chief Jesse Grimes will be joined by several authors who will share their contributions and the themes touched on in the issue. The event is free and open to all.
 
Touchpoint Vol. 14 No. 2 | Redefining Value Creation was published in December 2024. Paid SDN members have free access to this and every issue of Touchpoint, and non-members may purchase the issue in PDF or printed form at the SDN website: https://www.service-design-network.org/touchpoint
