Get ready for our first event in Regina

SDN Saskatchewan Chapter will soon announce it's kick-off event

If you’ve made it to the SDN Saskatchewan chapter page, you are likely aware that there’s a new chapter for service design in the province of Saskatchewan.

 

We are big believers in service design and the impact it can have on how companies, non-profits and public services provide great experiences to people. As such, we want to give this methodology, strategy and philosophy a voice to the province and an opportunity to grow and thrive in our business community.

 

We will be hosting a kick-off event early in June in Regina. We did initially have a date and location settled but have had to adjust our planning unexpectedly. Anyway, we are finalizing new details and will be announcing the kick-off date, location and speaker line up within the next few days.


We are then hoping to have a similar event in Saskatoon at a later date.

L’intelligenza artificiale ribalta questo schema. Grazie alla capacità di analizzare grandi quantità di dati in tempo reale, l’AI permette ai fornitori di servizi di anticipare i bisogni, intervenire prima che il cliente debba chiedere aiuto e modellare l’interazione sul singolo individuo, non sulla “media” dei clienti.
