Singapore Chapter Official Launch

On 15 November 2018, the Singapore Chapter went live with more than 100 guests at the launch event.

The SDN Singapore Chapter successfully launched on November 15, 2018. Hosted by IBM iX at the IBM Studios Singapore, the event saw a turnout of 100+ guests coming from the public and private sectors and graced by guest-of-honour, Mr Mark Wee, Executive Director of DesignSingapore Council. Guest speaker Dr Nick de Leon, Head of Service Design Programme of the Royal College of Art, also shared interesting insights into how important this practice is to the industry. The night concluded with the graduation ceremony of the Service Design Masterclass, co-hosted by Nanyang Polytechnics and Royal College of Art and networking session.
