Onsite tickets for the Service Design Global Conference 2024 (SDGC24) are now sold out. You can still register for online attendance by visiting the conference website to get your virtual ticket.

This October, the SDN is bringing the international Service Design community to wonderful Finland to gather in it's capital. Our Global Conference will be organised together with SDN Finland chapter, and in cooperation with Finnish designers association Ornamo Art and Design Finland.

The conference will continue with its 3-day format, starting on October 2 with workshops and networking event, followed by two full days of a brilliant program around the theme: “Designing for Impact: Strategic Leadership with Service Design”

Focusing on outcomes over output, we use our tools to move the needle for organizations, leading to real, recognized value. Let’s get in depth about how we make, measure and communicate the tangible impact of service design on technology, society, and the future. Join us as we co-create the metrics of service design.

This year, our in-person attendees will meet at Paasitorni, a waterside art nouveau heritage building on the edge of the vibrant Kallio neighbourhood.

We will bring the best in our industry together to share service design knowledge and new cross-disciplinary methods and thinking.
