Service Design Award 2016, until June 6th!!

There are great reasons to submit your work to the Service Design Award whether you win or not. Take more than the glory! Send us your best work until June 6th, 2016.

The Service Design Award is the premier award for service design. It is organised by the Service Design Network, the global organisation for service design professionals, academia and business, the headquarter is based in Germany, Cologne. The Award will recognise outstanding work in the field of service design in both commercial, public and academic categories. It is open to any organisation or individual worldwide and the work will be judged by a jury of internationally recognised professionals.

As a response to the growing interest in Service Design Award from universities worldwide, we have launched a Student Award this year. Students will receive a reduced entry fee!

The ceremony of the Service Design Award 2016 will be integrated into the 9th annual Service Design Global Conference program, which will take place in this  October 27th- 28th in Amsterdam.

 

Whether you win or not, there are great reasons to submit your work to the Service Design Award.

Per anni i servizi hanno funzionato “a chiamata”: il cliente ha un problema, contatta l’azienda, l’azienda risponde. È un modello reattivo, spesso lento, costoso e poco coerente. L’intelligenza artificiale ribalta questo schema. Grazie alla capacità di analizzare grandi quantità di dati in tempo reale, l’AI permette ai fornitori di servizi di anticipare i bisogni, intervenire prima che il cliente debba chiedere aiuto e modellare l’interazione sul singolo individuo, non sulla “media” dei clienti.
