You are all invited to join the second edition of the SDN Global Café event series. A virtual series aims to connect our beloved SDN members, provide more networking opportunities, and tackle relevant Service Design topics.

In this upcoming session, Érico Fileno from Design Studio at EY will present a Touchpoint article, Service Design at the Scale in a Global Organisation.  Érico will share his experiences implementing a service design innovation centre at a large international digital payments technology organization.

He is a designer and professor with more than 25 years of experience who combines business, technology and cultural practices, bringing collaborative and human-centered innovation to global organizations and services to the society – impacting the life of millions of people every day around the world.  Pioneer in the application of strategic design in companies and in service design, Design Thinking, UX and CX practices. He is the first SDN Accredited Master in Latin America and co-founder of SDN Brazil Chapter.
