SDN is excited to bring the international Service Design community to wonderful Finland to gather in it's capital. The event will be organised together with SDN Finland, and in cooperation with Finnish designers association Ornamo Art and Design Finland. 

The conference will continue with its 3-day format, starting on October 2 with workshops and pre-conference networking events, followed by two full days of a brilliant program around the theme: “Designing for Impact: Strategic Leadership with Service Design”. 

Focusing on outcomes over output, we use our tools to move the needle for organizations, leading to real, recognized value. Let’s get in depth about how we make, measure and communicate the tangible impact of service design on technology, society, and the future. Join us as we co-create the metrics of service design.

Our meeting space will be Paasitorni - a fantastic venue with a rich history.

Our goal is to bring the best in our industry together to share service design knowledge and new cross-disciplinary methods and thinking.
