The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and SDN HK Chapter invited Daryl Choy (One of SDN HK Chapter Co-founder) for this workshop, this workshop talked about O2O experience journey design. The topic in this workshop focused on consumer journey, experience innovation and Service Design Network. This event was hold on 2017/9/11 afternoon in HKMA Advanced Management Development Centre.
