The third edition of our signature event

The third event of the Bulgarian Chapter was dedicated to the Nordic Service Design. 


We had special guests from Telenor, one of the biggest telecoms in Bulgaria. The company has created a department "Customer experience" in order to introduce service design as a way of working.


The other attendees came fom a mixture of organizations such as ING Bulgaria, Siteground, Bulgarian Academy of Science, WebTechnology, Betahaus, Autoboubd and others.

La transizione verso l’Industria 5.0 ci costringe a guardare oltre l’automazione fine a se stessa per rimettere l’operatore al centro del processo produttivo. Non si tratta di una riflessione teorica, ma di una necessità che emerge dai dati raccolti nella recente indagine di BSD condotta nel settore manifatturiero. I risultati delineano un quadro di formazione ancora troppo frammentata e tradizionale, dove il tempo per l’aggiornamento è ridotto ai minimi termini e il sapere resta spesso confinato nell’esperienza non codificata dei veterani.
