Online Service Design Marathon

First Online Service Design Marathon had a huge success!

Over 950 participants from Ukraine and 64 other countries registered to got acquainted with award-winning cases from various industries: finance, government, telco, education, IT services, healthcare, retail and many others.

12 talented service designers from Australia, Canada, Colombia, Estonia, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, Ukraine, USA shared their real-life experience.

Every talk was about the real case: from the context and challenges to insights and outcomes. We spoke about chatbots, services for people with disabilities, online platforms, customer retention, sex, building environments, online banking for urban and rural customers, VR, coding, and last but not least about employee experience!

Many thanks for SDN Global, SDN Ukraine, Lanka.CX Agency for organising the event and bringing service designers together.
