Call for Entries: Service Designers Invited to Enter the 2016 Core77 Design Awards

Service Design practitioners and researchers are invited to participate in the most inclusive design program of the digital age.

Kicking off its sixth year, the Core77 Design Awards invites designers from all over the world to put their best work forward and participate in this annual celebration of design enterprise and intent. The program embraces a wide range of design practice: commercial, cultural, social and environmental. Each year, thousands of profes- sional and student designers submit their projects and ideas to be critiqued and honored by globally distributed panels of juries. The result is a collection of projects that inspire a broader discussion about the current state and future of design.

This year, the Service Design category will be led by Jury Captain Joe Gebbia, Founder Airbnb. His team includes David McKendrick, Founder, B.A.M. and Beatrice Galilee, Curator of Architecture and Design at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. All honored projects are recognized across the entire Core77 network, but only the Professional and Student winners of each category earn the coveted Core77 Design Award trophy, and are automatically entered in the running to win the 2nd annual Community Choice Prize.

The Regular deadline to enter is March 8th, while the Final deadline for entry is April 6th. Put your best work forward and enter today! - http://bit.ly/24rQ8QK
