I consider my key strength to be a strong foundation in service design methods and theory. I have been described as an empathetic yet firm teacher, combining a human-centered and life-centered approaches with clear structures in my teaching. Teaching is a natural way for me to participate in the design community and to build shared understanding.

I have been working in the field of service design since 2013, when I completed my Bachelor’s thesis (Bachelor of Design, UAS) on service design.
