Professor for Service Design, Innovation & Change Consultant
I am a Professor for Service Design and UX at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. Currently I teach at MUCDAI, Munich Center for Digital Science and Artificial Intelligence. Since more than 20 years I've been supporting companies in Germany, Switzerland and other European countries as an Innovation, Transformation and Leadership Consultant. As part of the Service Design Academy Board and Trainer I am passionate about future-proof education of Service Design Professionals.
To me, service design means...
My focus is on service design and digital leadership, service design strategy, implementation and organizational/change consulting. I am especially interested in Service Design as a tool for organizational development.
