Tina Weisser Prof. Dr. Tina Weisser / Munich Center for Digital Science & AI, Professor for Service Design, Leadership & Change Consultant

As a Professor for Service Design and UX at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, I lead the Informatics & Design Program at MUC.DAI – Munich Center for Digital Science and Artificial Intelligence. With over 20 years of experience, I have supported companies across Europe in innovation, transformation, and leadership development, helping them embrace change, navigate uncertainty, and build high-performing teams.

As a Board Member and Trainer at the Service Design Academy, I am committed to shaping the future of Service Design Leadership—integrating systemic change, human-centered innovation, and digital transformation into practice. My work bridges technology, design, and leadership, ensuring leaders and organizations can anticipate disruption, foster resilience, and create sustainable impact through service design.

To me, service design means...

Service Design is a powerful tool for organizational transformation. My focus lies at the intersection of Service Design, Digital Leadership, and Change Management, helping organizations navigate complexity, drive innovation, and build adaptive, human-centered systems.
