As a Design Director and Partner at Gupy, I lead the design department and the areas of research, product and service design, with a mission to transform the way people find their dream jobs.
With over 14 years of experience in product development, I have worked with leading companies such as TomTom, Cnova, Via Varejo, Petlove , Ambev, ZX Ventures, AB-Inbev and Zé Delivery/TaDa Delivery. I have expertise in user experience, information architecture, usability, user research, growth hacking, lean and scrum, design maturity model, design ops, and branding. I am also a mentor for designers. I am passionate about creating solutions that are empathic, innovative, and impactful for humanity.

Zé Delivery
An 8-year-old Brazilian technology company that has already established itself as the largest beverage delivery service in the world. Zé has already delivered 44 million orders in 2021, is present in all Brazilian states and is also expanding in other directions.
We believe that everyone deserves to celebrate wherever, however and whenever they want and, in pursuit of this purpose, Zé Delivery has grown, evolved and expanded its operations in the beverage market, bringing together different business units from the Direct to Consumer ecosystem, such as Empório da Cerveja and Chopp Brahma Express, thus becoming the consumer platform for Ambev (AB-InBev).
