I discovered Service Design in 2015, and since then, it has become my true calling. With experience in telecommunications, banking, retail, and logistics, I have successfully delivered over 15 projects, helping companies enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Today, I work as a Senior Consultant at Lanka.CX, where our team empowers businesses to delight their customers and drive transformational change. I design customer experience management systems that prioritize people over bureaucracy. My expertise spans CX strategy, CX culture, CX measurement, CX research, as well as design and improvement initiatives.
For me, every project is an opportunity to see the world with fresh eyes. I ask questions that open new perspectives, inspire teams to seek unconventional solutions, and uncover insights that challenge the status quo.
