I am Head of UX | Service designer with 14+ years of experience in UX / Digital service design. Started my UX carrier as a UX Researcher and UX Architect, I am experienced creating solutions for customers of for SaaS Platforms, FinTech (insurance & banking;  fin-tech startups), Telco, Health care as well as for government institutions. Experienced working in intercultural and international teams and projects both in-house and on the agency side.

I've actively involved in UX/Service design community and scene development in Baltics as a founder&curator of UX Riga conference, UI/UX Riga meet-up co-organiser, Global Service Jam Riga organiser and Riga Tech girls mentor in UX/Service design.
I'm passionate about giving back my learnings and experience to community  through teaching at Art Academy Latvia, Vidzeme University, SDSI.ma, and providing on-demand trainings and workshop facilitation.
