Before founding Booster of Innovation, Krystyna built her career across leading international organisations, including SABMiller, ING Bank, and, most notably, as Chief Innovation Officer at Deloitte Central Europe. Her work has combined strategic foresight, business transformation and emerging technologies, enabling companies to innovate with greater confidence and clarity.

Since 2019, Booster of Innovation has worked with major brands such as ING Bank, BNP Paribas, Allianz, Orange, Motorola Solutions, Carlsberg, Polpharma and LOTTE Wedel.

Krystyna is also the creator of foresight-led Future Briefing Reports, designed to identify emerging opportunities, hidden customer needs and the impact of technologies on future business models and society.
