I am a research-driven interaction designer who balances detailed interactions with strategic design to make experiences for emerging technology accessible, inclusive and engaging for a better customer experience.
My background in graphic design and industrial design trained me to analyze the nuances of how humans interact with and experience objects around them. With this training, I always put people at the center of my design process. I strongly believe that human experiences shape who we are. In my design practice, I strive to craft meaningful experiences that empower people and help them grow. I create interactive experiences via rapid prototyping, utilizing experimental solutionist and speculative approaches.
My previous career in business consisted of people management, customer service and sales experience. I have continued to leverage this in design as a graphic designer, user experience designer and design researcher.
