I’m passionate about making services work. I have several years of experience in the payments world and started in customer support before moving into service design. That journey gave me a deep understanding of what users need and what makes an experience work well for everyone involved.

What energizes me most is stepping into the user’s shoes, noticing small frustrations, anticipating needs, imagining smoother ways of doing things, and turning everyday interactions into seamless experiences.
