Design Lead
Hi :) I am is a service and system designer with special interest on human interaction with technologies. I am currently Design Lead at Sketchin Design Studio, where I run user research activities and I facilitate co-design processes to define service and interaction design solutions. I am also a lecturer in Service Design and co-author of futurish cards, a generative card deck that can be used to explore the world of Speculative Design, by overcoming problem solving and envisioning future scenarios.
