Building Skills for All in Service Design
I've always loved to solve problems with colleagues and customers.
I have a background in business development and sales leadership in national media and charities. My passion is for connecting and building business relationships towards successful, sustainable outcomes. Previously this could have been co-creating new commercial platforms or developing transformational philanthropic relationships.
I am now proud to be the Business Manager at the Service Design Academy at Dundee & Angus College.
I work every day with learners, customers, and partners to understand organisational challenges and the skills gaps that go with these. I help them develop programmes with Service Design Academy to meet their needs. These can be anything from a half-day awareness raising course to our part-time six-month accredited Professional Development Award.
