I'm the founder director of ServiceWorks based in Cardiff. I collaborate with other service designers and work mostly with government, councils, housing associations and charities. I spend most of my time building skills and capability in others. Co-organiser of GovCamp Cymru and Service Design Cardiff network.

Questioning assumptions, walking in the shoes of others, curiosity, being comfortable with ambiguity, working in the open, positive mindset.
