Hi I’m an Employee Experience strategist with a wide ranging innovation toolkit including Human Centered Design Thinking, Service Design, EX Maturity & Change. While my vocation is now firmly in the employee experience arena, I learned my Service Design core skills through my previous roles as a customer experience journey designer in the Telecoms sector.
Today, I bring strategic EX thinking and doing underpinned by Service Design, supporting organisations in the material shift to a better EX. Agile & Scrum proficient. MBA Student in the Leadership of Innovation & Change.
To me, service design means...
To me it’s about acting as the architect to drive cross-functional teams to see existing and new solutions through the eyes of not only the end users and actors across the front and back stage but also through each other as a project team, allowing new understanding and the opportunity for new design trajectories.
