I'm an experienced Service Designer and UX practitioner with a passion for creating people-centric products, services and experiences.
I'm originally from Venezuela and I've been living in Toronto for over 14 years. Throughout my career, I've been relied on to support the design and development of innovative products and services, and lead cross-functional teams from research to implementation.
I've had the opportunity to work on a number of consulting/advisory roles for industry-leading organizations in the Americas, with an emphasis on Design Thinking and Digital Transformation.
My background is in Computer Science with post-graduate studies in Entrepreneurship and Small Business, as well as Leading Organizations and Change.
I'm NN/g UX and Scrum.org PSU I certified and have been accredited as a Service Design Practitioner by the Service Design Network.
