I'm a globally awarded design executive who helps companies connect with people through customer-centric growth strategies.
For over 20 years, I have worked alongside Fortune 500 companies reshaping cultures, products, and services to improve the lives of millions of people.
With more than 50 Awards in the area, I am frequently invited as a juror/curator on events as Cannes Lions, and I have one of my projects printed in a commemorative stamp of the Brazilian Post Office together with the Campana brothers.
Holding a bachelor's in Industrial Design and an MBA in Marketing and Creative Leadership from the Berlin School, I led Fjord, the Design and Innovation team of Accenture, in Brazil, created the Experience Design area at Whirlpool Latam (replicated globally), the Experience Design at Accenture Interactive Colombia and, more recently, the CX Design area at Dasa, the largest health network in Latam. In addition, I have over seven years as a university professor in post-grad and graduation courses in Brazil and abroad.
Today, I am part of a select group of mentors who support companies with high social impact in the growth phase at the Unreasonable Group (NYC) and advising companies on customer-centricity and Design, such as Natura, Sennheiser (Germany), Embraer, in the past, and currently Piwi in the health area.
