I'm a service designer with a background in health insurance, banking and general insurance. I am currently fascinated by ways to map context and drive impactful design for an ever changing world. I work in Singapore and am Group Head of Design for a group of fierce, talented and creative designers - so feeling lucky. Designing financial services so they support this world keeps me excited. Love a good martini, laksa, my favourite reading chair and my chaotic global family.

The ability to design end to end, the capacity to represent the world in ways that drives the evolution of products and services, and vital in making to design for a better world.
