Hello. I'm a human centered designer working at the intersection of service design and content strategy. I've designed news, educational, entertainment and lifestyle products and services to help organisations including the BBC, Virgin Media and Australian Broadcasting Corporation re-frame their user experience and ways of working. 

I currently work at University of Adelaide and have a Masters in strategic design. I enjoy helping designers find their feet as a mentor, tutor and guest lecturer.
