I am a designer established in Finland passionate about learning and thinking of new ways to look at problems and solve them. Along my career here in Finland I have held roles such as lead UX designer and service designer and what a ride it has been. I believe that collaboration is the key to approach any problem and that we all can always learn something from the individual next to us. I found service design while working in the museum industry and ever since I have become more and more fascinated about the potential it has. I believe service design is not only the mean to solve a problem, but the way to understand it and the people and world around it and therefore it comes with a huge responsibility for those of us who practice it. I believe in facilitating service design and am eager to see what design will become in the coming years.
