I am a Service Designer and User Researcher with an extensive experience in Service Innovation.

Over the years I faced the Service Design discipline from different perspectives and this made me able to manage complex projects with an open vision attitude together with a strong interest towards economical and technological feasibility.

I am currently Service Design Lead at Avanade Italy and professor at IED Milan.
