I am passionate about helping organizations design user-centered service experiences and strategies. I currently lead the design team at Digital Scientists, where I help the team navigate ambiguity, establish digital strategies through research and bring digital experiences to life. I do this by being able to see both the big picture and the small details that make experiences great, by noticing patterns, connecting the dots, and helping designers grow and develop the skills they need to accomplish their goals.
