A few more days to go - book your tickets now! Service Design UK Conference, 30.6.16 – RIBA, London

We are delighted to share with you the full programme for the SDN UK conference.
Over the course of the day there will be a range of stimulating and provocative talks centred around themes of Social Impact, Commercial Impact and Future Impact. Discussions will explore how service design has created impact for those practicing now and find out how service design will evolve in the future.
Louise Downe, Head of Design at Government Digital Service will talk on Redesigning Government for the 21st Century, whilst Nathaniel Giraitis, Smart Design’s Associate Director of Strategy and Toby Norman, Simprints’ CEO will discuss Creating Impact in Underserved Health Communities through Design.
Stephen Graham, Deloitte Digital Service Design Lead and Conor Maguire, TfL IM Mobile Programme Lead will explore the evolution of the mobile programme that has seen the implementation of agile ways of working and design thinking introduced to TfL’s technology and operational business.
Emma Watkin, Senior Quality Manager at Virgin Media and James Samperi, Director at Engine will discuss their ‘Voice of Our Brand’ programme aimed at delivering an improved multi-channel experience.
Dr Nick De Leon, Head of Service Design, Royal College of Art will share his knowledge on the role of service design in transforming the workplace and employee experience.
