Swiss Academic Cooperation

Strong practice needs strong academic background. As service design is an important subject in many Swiss universities, SDN Swiss chapter has initiated a cooperation. It's not too late to join!

Representatives from multiple educational institutions met for the first time at SDN Swiss Chapter's February invite-only workshop. Discussions began about opportunities for shared projects, and didn't end there.


Sine then, a subgroup of teachers and researchers from Swiss universities has formed within the Swiss Chapter. The group meets monthly to discuss, develop and implement common interests, projects and events around service design.


So far the following universities are represented in the group: Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), University of Applied Sciences (HTW Chur), University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (Hes.so).


Other Swiss universities are very much welcome! The next meeting will take place on May 20, 2019 at the HTW Chur.

Grazie alla capacità di analizzare grandi quantità di dati in tempo reale, l’AI permette ai fornitori di servizi di anticipare i bisogni, intervenire prima che il cliente debba chiedere aiuto e modellare l’interazione sul singolo individuo, non sulla “media” dei clienti.
