Before Launch, I was the Head of Product Design and Research at Oracle, where I led a global team of designers and researchers across two key industries—construction & engineering and energy & water. Our industry-leading products and services, such as Aconex and Opower, are driving impact through world-class design using the Redwood Design System, top talent, and a deep commitment to our users who bring critical infrastructure services to our planet.

With over 15 years of experience in UX design and research, I have a proven track record of creating innovative and user-centered solutions for complex problems. I have worked with various clients and partners, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and non-profits, to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes. I am passionate about leveraging the power of experience design to usher in a sustainable future through behavioral science in customer engagement platforms.
