I create and innovate services using a human-centered design approach. I'm currently a design strategist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City--where I focus on transforming the experience of healthcare.
Fun fact about me:
My interest in design started during my last semester of high school. I left southern Indiana to learn about sustainable agriculture in rural Australia. I discovered that "design" can enhance the quality of many things--even farming.
