Toimintamme tavoitteena on

• edistää ja kehittää palvelumuotoilua ja alan kansainvälistä tietämystä Suomessa
• edistää hyvien asiakaskokemuksien syntymistä ja uusien palvelukonseptien luomista paikallisesti
• tukea jäsentemme ammatillista kehitystä
• toimia alan aktiivisena paikallisena verkostoijana.

Kaikki innostuneet ovat tervetulleita mukaan jaoksemme toimintaan!


Our objectives are to

- promote and develop service design in Finland
- spread international knowledge of the field of SD in Finland
-  promote the emergerce of good customer experience and creation of new service concepts locally

- suppport the professional development of our members

- act as an active network locally.

Everbody interested in these goals is welcome to join our Chapter events and activities!
