Service Design Turku and SDN Finland welcome you to Telia’s Turku offices to hear about Telia’s design culture and what they are working on at the moment.

Lotta Salminen from Telia will introduce you to Telia’s service design journey and also present their recent study about on what level their design maturity is. You will also find out what they are planning to do to get to the next level on their maturity.

We will also discuss some of the design cases Telians are working with at the moment by using the double diamond model.
