Service Design Drinks #2

The first open Service Design Drinks in Sofia attracted a colourful crowd interested in service design.

On November 27th 2017 we had the first open Service Design Drinks in Sofia, Bulgaria. We had around 20 participants from Coca-Cola, Telenor, BMW and smaller organizations willing to learn how service design can help with delivering a better service to their clients or achieving a better employee engagement.

Our special guests were from Coca-Cola and they shared how they are incorporating design thinking sprints in the way of working in Bulgaria.

Service Design Drinks will be a bi-monthy event in Sofia, so stay tuned for the next edition.
