Previously Head of Service Design at the RCA in London, I collaborate with the service designer Anja Klüver in an executive education and training company www.nowandnext.today and as a strategic advisor through my own company. 

I have trained a wide variety of organisations from the Bank of England, Dorchester Hotels to local fire and rescue services.
