At present, Shenzhen has more than 2 million enterprises, with a huge market scale. There are few service design institutions in Shenzhen, but enterprises are increasingly demanding high quality experience and service, and they are at the stage where service design organizations are needed.

We hope to provide an effective communication platform for the development of service design in Shenzhen by establishing the Shenzhen Chapter and gathering the strength of various design organizations, enterprises,
independent designers and universities. At the same time, we hope to form an organization with knowledge accumulation, based on Shenzhen's characteristic economic and market conditions, to explore more innovative design methods and knowledge, promote the application of service design in China, and increase the visibility of the SDN Association in China.
