I am the founder of FUZERS (2015), one of the first service and experience design agencies in Poland. I worked with clients such as IKEA, mBank, PKO BP, ING, Grupa Pracuj, Rossmann. 

I am also a co-founder of the Polish branch of Service Design Network, an accredited Service Design trainer and the initiator (2013) of one of the largest TEDx conferences in Poland - TEDxLublin.

I graduated from Psychology in Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw, School of Business Trainers of SET Group, and I am currently developing as a facilitator within the School of Facilitators at the Jagiellonian University.
