The event gathered around 50 students from various design disciplines, including graphic design, industrial design and fashion design. The session explored how service design enables organizations to transform not only their user experiences, but also their internal processes, culture, and business strategies.
We shared real-world examples of how service design is being applied in diverse industries, and highlighted its potential to generate both human and business value. The talk also introduced students to the Service Design Global Conference 2025, and we encouraged them to join the global conversation around the future of our discipline.
We’re deeply grateful to CEDIM for opening their doors to us and to all the students who engaged with such thoughtful questions and enthusiasm.
