To me, service design means...
Service design means to me making people's lives better by improving experiences and outcomes, within the sytems we are living in. I also think it is intentional design of the end to end journey from a 360 degree perspective including the service delivery processes and mechanisms, with full context of the system goals and larger ecosystems we are part of.
