Within the Service Design Network (SDN) Belgium, the idea has been living for some time now not only to bring together the community itself, but also to focus on the future of our sector and more specifically on the influx of new talent. The University of Antwerp wants to take the plunge and offer a postgraduate degree in Service Design through the Product Development department (Fac. Design Sciences). We want to design this training program together with you: what do we want to achieve with this program? For whom are we doing this? What competencies or tools should definitely not be missing?
