A Powerful Tool to Overcome Challenges

Despite the war and uncertainty that surrounds us, over 250 participants had the opportunity to come together to learn, network, and discuss how service design remains relevant and can be used to tackle various challenges.

Last month we celebrated a remarkable online conference on the topic of Service Design in Ukraine.

Despite the war and uncertainty that surrounds us, over 250 participants had the opportunity to come together to learn, network and discuss how service design remains relevant and can be used to tackle various challenges.

Our speakers shared their experiences and insights on the effectiveness of human-centered design in both business and humanitarian sectors, as well as provided guidance on how modern organizations can use it for transformation.

Together we discussed the importance of service design and how it can help to address current and future challenges.

With participants located across the globe due to the war, it was amazing to see how we managed to create a space where old and new friends could meet, exchange opinions and connect with like-minded people.
