Local conference “Service Design. Actual Trends in Ukraine and the World" was a huge success!

Over 100 participants from different cities of Ukraine got acquainted with the best cases of Ukrainian companies and presentations from the Service Design Global Conference.

Presentations on designing services by Synevo and First Ukrainian International Bank were recognized as the best performances by almost equal votes.

At the conference, we also spoke about the design of services for VIP-clients of the bank, elderly as users of gadgets, residents of villages and small towns, as well as the opportunities and barriers for using service design in IT companies and startups.

From the international cases, the participants were particularly interested in the topic of the use of behavioural economics in service design, as well as the design of legal touchpoints.

80% of the participants indicated that the conference exceeded their expectations. Especially they liked the balance of Ukrainian cases and world trends.

Big thanks for SDN Ukraine members Oleg Koss, Andrey Milinevskiy, Kateryna Zaiko for organising the event and bringing Ukrainian service designers together.
