Ecoviator,
Sustainability Services
Hej there, SDN community! How nice of you to pop-bye!
Within SDN, I believe, I represent quite a rare mix of experience background combining business (MBA, founder & entrepreneur), design (Ex-Designit Germany MD), technology (Ex-Wipro Head of Sustainability Business Lead Europe) and sustainability (ISSP SEA certified, TÜV Rheinland certified Sustainability Manager, Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership CISL alumnus).
Today, shaping and driving Ecoviator, I support people inside companies in successfully implementing eco-design - in their work and across the organisation. Whether it's about developing future-ready products & services, enabling sustainable business models, or meeting regulatory requirements like the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) or introducing the Digital Product Passport (DPP) - I work with robust data and committed teams to get it done.
What this is really about
In 2026, many companies are facing the same questions:
– How do we translate ESPR and the Digital Product Passport into concrete requirements for product development?
– How do we systematically integrate eco-design and circular economy principles into our existing processes?
– How do we make product sustainability data (materials, lifecycle, repairability) usable across systems and supply chains?
– How do we truly engage product, IT and sustainability teams in this transformation?
My focus –
Where regulation, product development and data meet:
– Eco-Design & ESPR Readiness: Integrating circularity principles, durability, repairability and transparency into real-world product design and development processes
– Digital Product Passport & Product Sustainability Data: Structuring, assessing and completing product-related sustainability data across PLM, ERP and supply chains
– CSRD & VSME Alignment: Translating product-relevant data into reporting-ready structures
– Team Enablement & Engagement: Activating teams through workshops, structured formats and tools (such as Service Design methods and processes, Climate Fresk, DT4S - Design Thinking for Sustainability [integrated in our Ecoviator Compass approach], Eco-Design per DIN EN ISO 14006:2020, Circular Design per DIN EN 45560:2025-04))
My approach:
Practical, design-led, human-centric, data-driven and regulatory-proof, yet accessible and workable for sustainability, product and IT teams.
My typical conversation partners work in sustainability, product design and management, R&D and innovation, IT & data, compliance, and executive leadership.
Happy to chat with you about how to further leverage Service Design for a future ready economy & society on a healthy planet... :)
To me, service design means...
Applied Service Design, in my work, is the discipline of translating complex sustainability and regulatory challenges into navigable journeys for organisations - across departments and disciplines. It structures the collaboration between people, processes, data and technology so that organisations can progress from compliance pressure to practical (twin) transformation.
